Yes, transport damage during small-scale transport is automatically covered – included. Transport risk insured in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Requirements: transport-safe packaging, correct declaration, documented handover. In the event of damage: report immediately, take photos, keep packaging, enclose proof of delivery. Usual exclusions: inadequate packaging, force majeure, prohibited goods.
What restrictions apply to co-loading?
Some goods – such as batteries, food, live animals, works of art, or cash – may not be transported.
What are the maximum dimensions and weight limits for furniture transport?
Pallet box interior dimensions: 140 × 110 × 155 cm, max. 500 kg. No protrusions allowed. Multiple items possible if total dimensions/weight are acceptable. Larger or heavier items: request special dimensions. Tip: specify exterior dimensions including packaging, estimate weight realistically or weigh.
