My family is very busy with kids and job, so we wanted a moving company to take care of everything. We had real stress with the apartment search and planning the move 500 km away. Dachser & Kolb really had a very extensive move with us, children, kitchen, four rooms and basement. Then I made a request in the price calculator and immediately got a price sent to me. The following day an employee called me and we made an appointment for a video inspection. That went super easy in the home office. The other offers from other companies were all more expensive or dubious. In some cases I had the impression that they were not large professional companies like Dachser & Kolb. There I always had a contact person in the office. On moving day, the guys came. Super nice, in a good mood and hardworking. I'm very particular and wanted everything done correctly and no surprises. But the guys were all in such a good mood and got right to work packing everything up nicely. Even the furniture on the truck. Kitchen disassembly and assembly was also no problem for the installer. They were professional, had good ideas when things got tricky and had fun. We had coffee and lunch in the garden and we felt really comfortable. We then paid the bill after the move, with no extra charges or anything else. I think Dachser & Kolb are top and will move with them again next time.
