As a Freight Forwarding Clerk for small and special transports (m/f/d) at DACHSER & KOLB in Kempten, you are the operational contact for customers, partners and carriers. You plan special transports, process orders and secure cargo space, conditions and smooth workflows.

• As the first point of contact, you will maintain direct communication with our customers and long-standing partners.
• You will be responsible for planning and executing special transports.
• You will record, process, and monitor incoming orders from start to finish.
• With strong negotiation skills, you will secure cargo space and coordinate terms and conditions with carriers.
• You will also provide the necessary information for invoice preparation and review incoming invoices from our partners.

• You have completed commercial training and/or relevant professional experience in the freight forwarding industry, ideally in charter transport.
• You stand out through strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are confident using MS Office programs.
