Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Order Processing in Kempten

As a Customer Advisor Order Processing (m/f/d) at DACHSER & KOLB in Kempten, you are the dedicated contact for national and international relocations. You advise private and corporate customers, calculate quotations and manage the order from first contact through to after-sales.

• You will be responsible for handling moving inquiries from private customers and companies whose employees are relocating abroad or moving to Germany from another country.
• A field sales representative will support you in preparing offers by visiting the customer on site once.
• You will be the telephone contact for our customers from the first inquiry through after-sales support.
• You will independently advise customers who are planning a move from start to finish.
• You will independently calculate, prepare, and follow up on offers.

• You have completed commercial training or vocational education in business administration.
• You enjoy communicating with people.
• You have good English skills and are confident using them in customer conversations.
