Over 50 permanent Partners in Germany
With over 50 partners within Germany who continuously perform relocations on our behalf, allows us to be present throughout the whole of Germany. Every DACHSER & KOLB branch has well established partners who perform relocations for us in this region. The entrepreneurs who are situated between the branches complete the network.
International Partner Network
Not only do we offer all of our moving services in a national context but as well internationally. Over the decades we have built up an extensive and qualified global network for this purpose. Currently, we possess over 500 partners with whom we collaborate on a long-term basis. With this well established partner network, we are capable of carrying out removals in any desired country. Our partners support us with both packaging services as well as delivery services, this is only possible due to the fact that several of our partners are based in each country - in other words, regardless of whether our customers move abroad or from abroad, we have the right partner at hand. All of our partner companies speak at least English, and in many countries it is even possible to communicate in German. In order to maintain our standards when it comes to international removals, we only collaborate with partners who are members of the IAM association. An extensive number of our global partner companies have also guaranteed a membership in FIDI for quality assurance purposes.
Quality Standards are communicated and monitored
DACHSER & KOLB has defined and implemented a quality standard to ensure that all removals can be carried out to our specific expectations. This DACHSER & KOLB quality standard is recorded in a quality management manual - both the quality requirements for the move and the quality of the partners are defined in it. Each partner company not only receives these standards in writing at the beginning of the collaboration, but is also trained in to be in compliance with them. All operational specialists of the partner company as well as the entrepreneur themselves receive training on the required requirements. After the completion of this introductory training, the employees receive a certificate of conformity and a confirmation of attendance. This training is a significant part of the quality assurance at DACHSER & KOLB. In order to receive the “Partner Company” certificate and the “Certified Moving Company” seal, the partner company must also meet all legal and insurance requirements and be able to present a properly set up business. The implementation of and compliance with the conveyed training content is continuously audited by means of regular on site quality checks. Furthermore, customer ratings form part of the monitoring and improvement of the partner companies.
Longterm and Binding Collaboration
We have a long-term working relationship with our partners due to the fact that we provide them with permanent and sustainable Framework Agreements. In doing so, a continuous exchange can be guaranteed, and a reliable performance of the relocation services can be ensured for both sides. Within the Framework Agreement, our partners receive a fixed and agreed quota of orders that they carry out on our behalf.
