As a Partner Support Specialist (m/f/d) at DACHSER & KOLB in Kempten, you are the interface to our international partner network. You support partner acquisition, relationship management, training and quality control to maintain strong standards in moving logistics.
Your responsibilities
- You will support the acquisition, setup, and development of our international partner network.
- You will assist the Head of Dispatching with advising and training our service providers.
- You will regularly review the services performed on site and monitor the quality of our partners.
- You will support the Head of Partner & Organization by reliably handling administrative tasks, making a significant contribution to smooth operations.
What you should bring
- You have successfully completed commercial training and/or already have experience in network management.
- You communicate confidently with excellent written and spoken German skills; English skills are a welcome plus.
- You stand out through a confident manner, assertiveness, and strong organizational skills.
